Legal Bundle

The Most Affordable Legal Bundle For Your Blog!!

Are you blogging legally??

Is your blog legally protected? Or are you relying on free templates? Is it because all legal bundles out there are way too expensive.

Well, all but ONE…   And not just extremely affordable but easy to set up.. it took me less than 30 mins to set up all of my Legal pages!!

In the eyes of the law, your blog is a business, and you WILL need to learn how to legally protect your blog with legal pages to ensure that you don’t get sued.

In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is responsible for holding and protecting the rights of consumers.

Whether you receive a commission from any affiliate or sponsorship program, flat fee payment, free products or discounts in exchange for promoting a product in a blog post or any video, the FTC rule requires you to disclose your relationship correctly.

Meaning, you have to tell your audience that you’re getting a commission for that particular product or endorsement.

This post may contain affiliate links which means I may receive a commission when you choose to purchase the link I provide at no additional cost to you. You may read my full disclosures here.

You see what I just did and Yes!! I am legally protecting my blog!! If you don’t, you or the business you’re promoting could get slapped with fines which are pretty stressful and expensive.

Many Bloggers including new bloggers neglect this essential step and try to use free templates instead.

I am personally guilty of searching for free templates and even saved them onto my PINTEREST boards. But upon several days of research which led to light bulb moment and realized the risks involved with free templates. And Henceforth I decided this is one place I did not want to COMPROMISE.

And so the journey began in search of affordable Legal Bundle, which led me to this Legal Bundle.

Legal Bundle

 THIS LEGAL BUNDLE Includes…

Legal pages include a Privacy Policy, Disclaimer (which also includes your affiliate disclosures) and Terms and Conditions on your website. These are three legal pages you must have on your website BEFORE you launch to comply with the law and to protect yourself from lawsuits.

First, you absolutely cannot and should NOT copy someone else’s legal pages. That’s copyright infringement. If you can’t afford to hire a lawyer, you should invest in lawyer drafted legal templates that are well-written to protect you legally.

Second, unless you are a LAWYER, you can’t be specific in your ability to write the most comprehensive legal pages yourself covering all your legal bases and ensuring your compliance with the law.

Otherwise, we wouldn’t need lawyers because everyone could write their legal stuff, right?

Additionally, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you are required to inform visitors from the European Union about certain rights they are entitled to such as their right to request access or deletion of their data kept by you.

Privacy template

privacy policy a must have for your website

A Privacy Policy is a legal statement that informs the person using your website how you collect and use their personal information. You are required to disclose this information by law.

A Privacy Policy is mandatory because you are gaining access to someone’s personal information that identifies them, and they have the right to know how you are collecting and using this information. This applies to receive emails through your email marketing service such as MailChimp, ConvertKit, Kartra, etc.

Every online business, blog, and website MUST have a privacy policy to protect themselves from legal liability and several state and federal laws require it.

So make sure you have a Privacy Policy on your website! It is NOT optional.

THE 3 BONUSES THAT COME WITH YOUR PRIVACY POLICY

#1   GDPR Visitor Rights Policy,

#2  GDPR Compliance / Email Marketing Policy

 #3. Cookie Policy

Disclaimer Template

disclaimer a must have for your website

A disclaimer on your website is a statement that serves to limit your legal liability for the content you publish. It informs the visitors and users of your website that all information on your website is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute advice of any kind (e.g., legal help, tax advice, financial advice, real estate advice, health advice and so forth).

A disclaimer is often forgotten by bloggers, coaches, marketers and online entrepreneurs resulting in legal liability when someone relies on the information you provide and expects the same results for instance.

You need it on your website to inform your readers that there are limitations on what they can or cannot do with the information, products, and services you provide.

A disclaimer includes this information along with other disclosures to protect you from lawsuits.

There are severe fines for not complying with the law! If you don’t want to face a hefty penalty up to $11,000 and be sued by the FTC, then please make sure you are following the rules!

Additionally, if you publish your income reports, testimonials, product reviews and success results on your website as examples for others to see then you need additional disclaimers for those reasons as well.

THE 3 BONUSES THAT COME WITH YOUR DISCLAIMER

#1. Earnings Disclaimer

#2. Testimonials and product reviews disclaimer

Terms and Conditions Template

This is also a must for your website

Terms and Conditions (also known as Terms of Use or Terms of Service) are your website rules – what you permit and do not permit on your website. They encompass your Privacy Policy and Disclaimer and serve as an agreement between you and anyone that visits, uses or purchases from your website.

Your Terms and Conditions are essential for various reasons such as:

  1. Explaining your intellectual property rights to protect your content from copyright infringement and other legal issues.
    2. your right to terminate anyone’s use of your website at your sole discretion.
    3. your refund/exchange policies for the things you offer.
    4. dispute resolution- where and how you will handle legal disputes if one arises, and much more By having a comprehensive Terms and Conditions on your website, you limit your risk of legal liability for errors, omissions, and inaccuracies found in your content and also protect yourself legally from other issues related to the use of your website.

It’s best to get these legal policies out of the way as soon as possible, so you can focus entirely on your business and making money (which is a lot more fun anyway!).
